Partaking in any of our sessions does not mean that you should forego other types of activities and exercise.  As some of the classes we offer are slow and control led form of body movement it is recommended that you also partake in some kind of cardio exercise such as walking or swimming.

Any person wishing to start any form of exercise should seek medical advice before embarking on any type of exercise programme.
